Our story takes place in prehistoric Madagascar, towards the end of the Cretaceous Period. A land of changing climates and intense weather patterns, where all creatures must adapt to survive.
Travel through mossy forests teeming with life, dried-up floodplains stalked by pterosaurs, and crystal-blue shorelines fringed with mangrove forests. Every environment is unique, and comes with its own set of challenges.
Meet the wildlife endemic to Cretaceous Madagascar. Sauropods, ancient turtles, and crocodiles call this land home, as well as formidable predators like the devil toad Beelzebufo and the fearsome Majungasaurus!
Run, jump, climb and glide!
Experience an agile movement system that takes you to every corner of the Cretaceous. Scurry through forests, leap from tree to tree, and glide down from the canopy as the fast-footed raptor Rahonavis.
One of the key "missing links" between dinosaurs and birds, Rahonavis darted through the forests of ancient Madagascar, hunting small prey while avoiding predators of its own.
